Okay, so I. I've left my family's belief system like you just spoke to.
Speaker A:So.
Speaker B:Okay.
Speaker A:Which actually was one of my questions I had.
Speaker A:But I was trying to save it to the end to get through the other three houses.
Speaker A:But do you use the nodes?
Speaker B:Oh yeah, I do.
Speaker B:And actually the nodes were going back to my own self.
Speaker B:The nodes were transiting my.
Speaker B:My first and seventh house cusp and Aquarius and Leo north node on my seventh house cusp at the time that Uranus kind of shook up my.
Speaker B:My relationship.
Speaker B:My former relationship.
Speaker B:So yeah, it was.
Speaker B:The nodes were in.
Speaker B:I do work with them.
Speaker A:All right.
Speaker B:The nose are huge.
Speaker A:Yeah, yeah.
Speaker B:Change agents.
Speaker B:Yes, for sure.
Speaker A:Yeah.
Speaker A:Hey, I was just wondering if you.
Speaker A:If you use those in your read.
Speaker A:I. I actually have two more questions, but we could finish and I can.
Speaker A:Well, you was.
Speaker A:You spoke to.
Speaker A:It came up while you was talking about the sixth house.
Speaker A:You.
Speaker A:What's your feelings on being certified?
Speaker A:You.
Speaker A:You trying to get.
Speaker A:Are you trying to be certified and take the test?
Speaker B:No, I don't care to.
Speaker B:It's not even.
Speaker B:Here's the thing, you know, maybe this is the uranium person part of me.
Speaker B:I believe I don't necessarily have to have anybody give me any sort of certification to.
Speaker B:For me to feel like I'm capable or to feel as if I am qualified.
Speaker B:All it said is that you can take a test.
Speaker B:In essence, you know, it doesn't, you know, we're all capable of learning, you know, however, comma, I mean, I would like, you know, a doctor, for example, that, that, that doesn't necessarily ring true for every aspect of my life.
Speaker B:I do expect, you know, there to be certain people that have certain qualifications to do specific things, but for this.
Speaker B:Nah, I don't necessarily.
Speaker B:I don't feel like I need it to have letters or symbols behind my name for anybody to respect me or what I do.
Speaker C:I agree with that.
Speaker A:Does L Camp push certification?
Speaker B:No, no, not at all.
Speaker B:Being able to make a prediction and to substantiate why you made the prediction that you did.
Speaker B:Basically, it's almost like, you know, how you.
Speaker B:When you do math, when you get an equation instead of just giving your answer, a lot of times your teacher says, and show your work.
Speaker B:Be able to show your work.
Speaker A:I think, I actually think Claudia was on the fence with that.
Speaker A:What being certified or taking the test or not.
Speaker A:I think for a while you.
Speaker A:You would really wanted to take that test.
Speaker A:But then after that message I got from you the other day, I think you kind of.
Speaker C:Yeah, I did no, for a while, I mean, for a while I really thought that, like, I needed like that, that piece of paper.
Speaker C:I've col, I have moon in the 9th, so I've collected a lot of piece of pieces of papers in my life.
Speaker B:Okay,.
Speaker C:Go ahead.
Speaker B:Oh, but I could also see that with you having the rule of your son in Virgo, just refining your knowledge, you know, and having those credentials, because.
Speaker C:I, Yeah, something in me really needs it.
Speaker C:But with astrology, it's a little different because.
Speaker B:Excuse me.
Speaker C:I've been doing a lot of studying on, on a lot of different people, you know, that call themselves astrologers and things like that.
Speaker C:And, and I'm just like, okay, like, what do you, what do they have that I don't, you know, like, so, and, and, and I, and I look at, I look at history.
Speaker C:Astrology has not had any sort of, it's had relevancy, but like, in, in modern society, like in our society, like, it's looked at as, as, like, you're crazy.
Speaker C:Up until a couple of years ago, you know, if you're an astrologer, like, back in the 70s, you were great.
Speaker C:But even then to like, modern society, it's like, what kind of a, what, what kind of a title is that?
Speaker C:You know, it was more, what's that word?
Speaker C:Taboo?
Speaker C:Occult.
Speaker C:It's becoming less occult now.
Speaker C:And because it's becoming less occult now, I think maybe like, the, the community itself might push for, for that whole, like, certification stuff.
Speaker C:But I don't know, I think years of experience, like, Lara has a lot of years of experience, and I look up to that.
Speaker C:Deborah Silverman had a lot of years of experience, and I look up to that too.
Speaker C:And I know that Deborah Silverman didn't go to a school of astrology.
Speaker C:She was a psychologist before anything else, and then she went to an Alice Bailey class one time.
Speaker C:Really loved what, what was being taught in regards to esoteric astrology and then just, you know, picked it up from there.
Speaker C:So I, I guess, like, I'm kind of comparing right now.
Speaker A:Let me ask you, what do you think about Chris Brennan's more academic approach?
Speaker C:I like it.
Speaker C:I'm not shunning the academic approach.
Speaker C:I think it's, I think it's important within our community.
Speaker C:I, I, I, I would disagree if, outside, if, okay.
Speaker C:And I don't want to, like, come off, like, ignorant here, but, like, how would, how would we feel if, I don't know, like, I don't know, like a landscape guy came in and was like, okay, well, let's do a curriculum for astrology.
Speaker C:Right?
Speaker C:Or like, like a random math teacher or social studies teacher.
Speaker C:Let's do a curriculum for astrology.
Speaker C:Then I would be like, okay, like this might be a problem because they don't really have that, like that knowledge or that, that experience or maybe all those years of knowledge.
Speaker C:Chris Brennan has been in an astrology school, specifically a school for astrology for many years.
Speaker C:He did the whole four, four year course.
Speaker C:Right, with Kepler.
Speaker C:Yeah, I believe that's true.
Speaker C:And Kepler was founded by Rick Levine or was one of the founders.
Speaker C:And Rick Levine has also been an astrologer for many years.
Speaker C:I mean, I think he was like a university professor at some point.
Speaker C:But even then, like I, I think it is important to have that sort of academic approach.
Speaker C:But when, when, when you're, when you're going straight to the astrology to like old texts that have been translated and like picking up that knowledge from there, not when you start getting pieces from here and then here and then here and kind of like putting it together though that could work.
Speaker C:But in an academic approach it's, it's, it's sort of moot.
Speaker C:Right.
Speaker C:So I don't know if I answered the question, but.
Speaker B:And I like Chris Brennan too.
Speaker B:I like his.
Speaker B:I think there's room for both, you know, for.
Speaker C:Absolutely.
Speaker B:Because everyone has their own little, little bit of seasoning that they add.
Speaker B:To quote your, to use your analogy from your post, Paul, this Stew, if that's what you called it.
Speaker B:Oh, you read it?
Speaker B:I read a little bit, yeah.
Speaker B:I love the analogy.
Speaker B:I love the analogy.
Speaker B:But yeah, so Chris Brennan does add that academic approach and I appreciate his factualness.
Speaker B:If you are not correct, he will correct you.
Speaker B:So I love that about him.
Speaker B:Yeah, I would never want to be on his show because for that reason.
Speaker B:But I appreciate his need for accuracy.
Speaker C:I really, I really enjoy, I really enjoy his teachings.
Speaker C:Actually.
Speaker A:I think he has a stallion in Scorpio.
Speaker B:I think, yeah, he's definitely, I think he's an Aquarius rising with a Scorpio sun.
Speaker C:I love how he wrote his book Hellenistic Astro.
Speaker C:I love how he wrote that like it's an academic textbook.
